How to Redeem
Login to your member account via Hong Leong Insurance App to browse and redeem available rewards.

Step 1. Click “Point” at the top of Homepage

Step 2. Select the type of rewards in the reward categories to redeem

Step 3. Click “Redeem” at the bottom of the page after reading the details of the eVoucher

Step 4. Click “OK” to proceed with the redemption. You will see your redeemed eVoucher under “Redeemed” page

Simply register as a HLIA member via Hong Leong Insurance (Asia) Limited (“HLIA”) website or mobile application will be automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Program. HLIA members who have registered before the Loyalty Program effective date will be automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Program on its effective date.
We took care of that for you! All customers with a member account will be automatically enrolled to our Loyalty Program. Points accumulation starts from the effective date of the Program.
No. Each HLIA member can only hold one Loyalty Program account.
Each HLIA member who successfully apply or renew Hong Leong Insurance policy (excluding personal liability insurance and any policies underwritten by third parties) will be entitled to 1 Point for every HK$1 of net premium calculated after discount (excluding levy).
Points will be accrued according to the net premium actually settled during the policy payment period. Excess paid and any decimal part of the total premium will not be counted as Points.
There is no limit to the Points you can earn! The best part of joining HLIA Loyalty Program is that it allows you to earn more Points to redeem your favourite gifts.
The Points you earned from premium payment will be automatically credited to your account within 1 to 2 months after the transaction is settled and the policy becomes effective.
Your membership has no expiration date. The Points accumulation period is 12 months from the Loyalty Program participation date. At the end of each accumulation period, the accumulated Points for that period will expire and reset to zero. The new cycle of accumulation period will be renewed for 12 months from the day following the end of the previous accumulation period and new points will be accumulated accordingly (For example, the Loyalty Program account is effective on 23 April 2025, the accumulated Points will expire on 22 April 2026).
After logging into your member account on the Hong Leong Insurance website or mobile application, simply click on “Point” to view your Points balance and redemption history.
Redemption is available in HLIA mobile application only. Click “Point” at the top of the Homepage. Select the type and quantity of rewards from the reward categories. Then click “Redeem” at the bottom of the page after reading the reward details. Once successfully redeemed, the rewards will be displayed on the “Redeemed” page for use.
All redeemed rewards are not convertible, redeemable for cash, transferable or returnable. Please note the used and expired invalid eVoucher cannot be reissued.
When you redeem your Points for rewards, the corresponding amounts of Points will be deducted from your available balance. You must redeem your available Points on or before the expiry date; otherwise, the accumulated Points for that period will become invalid and reset to zero after the accumulation period ends.
Points in your account cannot be transferred to another member.
If you cancel the policy and receive a refund of the premium paid, HLIA will deduct the corresponding Points from your account. In the event of insufficient Points in the account, HLIA reserves the right to claim a refund equivalent to the total value of the rewarded Points.
